Mirabai Galashan Cofounder and Executive Director, Mirabai Galashan is a therapist, facilitator and coach who works with individuals, couples and groups worldwide and has over 20 years’ of experience creating inspirational and transformative retreats and workshops. Mirabai has over two decades experience in women's and gender-inclusive circles, and trains others to facilitate personal growth work in peer groups. She is a level 3 Certified Facilitator for Woman Within International, and has staffed over 75 weekends with the program. Mirabai has been working with children and adolescents for over ten years, most recently as a children's crisis outreach therapist. In addition to her work for GTWMH, she co-created a Rites Of Passage weekend for adolescent girls and volunteers as an advisor for women around the world seeking to bring this work to girls. Mirabai serves on the board of Boys To Men USA and is an advisor, trainer and lead facilitator for Girls to Women Canada. Mirabai has partnered with Boys To Men Canada Executive Director, David Cordes to create and deliver ground-breaking programs for educators and support staff, Beyond the Classroom and Applied Social Emotional Learning. Mirabai’s mission is to inspire people to live fully, fearlessly and joyfully. When she is not working or volunteering, you’ll find her swimming with the wild dolphins.

Alison EllisAfter the completion of her Bachelor’s in Social Work degree, Alison moved to the Big Island to work for Pacific Quest (a horticultural therapy program with emphasis in Rites of Passage). There, Alison served as a Senior Lead Program Guide, where she integrated therapeutic techniques for students, served as a mentor, facilitated Rites of Passage ceremonies, and upheld framework for communal spaces. Through several years of this work, she discovered her calling and gifts to empower young people in their individual healing and growth. Alison now serves Girls to Women Mentoring Hawaii through her dedication in providing access to mentorship and rites of passage for teens in Hawai'i.
